Job summary

ABF Freight is seeking a detail-oriented clerk to support a busy service center in Dallas. You will perform clerical and administrative duties, handle data entry, and assist customers and management to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow procedures, and the flexibility to work evenings and as needed. Prior logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Experience in billing, collections, tracing, ten-key and OS&D preferred.
• Good typing/data entry and clerical skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical, administrative and customer service tasks in a fast paced service center.
• Communicate regularly with customers and ABF Freight management to ensure timely pickup and delivery and customer satisfaction.
