Job summary

TireHub in Duluth, GA is seeking a Logistics Center Leader to oversee daily center operations, safety, inventory, and assets. This role partners with the Sales Team to deliver outstanding customer service and reports to the Regional Operations Leader.

The position requires at least 5 years in warehouse/ops, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong KPI management. Expect extensive day-to-day leadership, budget control, and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of operations and warehouse management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience with KPI management and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing of the logistics center.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and manage center expenses within budget.
• Review and resolve issues; ensure security of employees and assets.
• Manage location inventory quality and end-of-day cash handling where applicable.
