Job summary

Cryoport Systems in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking a Logistics Center Driver to efficiently pick up and deliver temperature-controlled shippers between our logistics center and client sites. You will load and unload, follow routes and schedules, and ensure safety and accurate logs.

You must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, ability to lift 20–80 lbs, and be proficient with Samsera software for logs.

The Logistics Center Driver will responsibly and reliably transport items to and from destinations while maintaining all safety standards and good record keeping.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.• Follow routes and time schedule.• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints.• Use Samsera Software to complete logs and reports required by SOP’s.• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.• Ensure all traffic laws are observed.• Create a team environment and culture.• Ensure safety precautions are implemented and maintained during transit and while in the warehouse.• Perform other logistic center duties as assigned when necessary.COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES• Team Player.
