Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Logistics Call Center Representative I in Tampa, FL, Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. You will handle high-volume inbound calls from Logistics clients, direct pickups, and coordinate with field operations to ensure timely deliveries to labs.

The role requires 1+ year(s) of customer service or logistics experience, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent communication. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service or Logistics experience required
• General knowledge of logistics operations
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, meet productivity goals and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn Dispatch Application and accurately enter pick up requests
• Provide outstanding customer service and address client concerns, escalating when needed
• Determine feasibility of client pickup requests based on multiple factors
• Maintain organization, use online aides and maps to locate information quickly
• Support multiple regions and shifts; participate in huddles and stay updated via email/video
