You will handle inbound calls from logistics clients, assign routine pick-ups, and support field operations while maintaining data accuracy and patient focus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound telephone calls and meet productivity goals.
• Learn Dispatch Application and accurately enter pick up requests.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address client concerns.
• Determine feasibility of client pickup and coordinate with couriers.
