Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, Inc. in Hendersonville, TN, is seeking a Logistics Brokerage Coordinator to coordinate third‑party inbound and outbound transportation and build strong relationships with shippers and carriers.

You’ll be a go‑to resource to ensure pickups and deliveries happen on time and identify cost‑effective solutions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Work Location: Hendersonville, TN

Compensation: $25.75-$30.00/hour (dependent upon experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Brokerage Coordinator, you’ll help keep freight moving by arranging third-party inbound and outbound transportation while building strong relationships with shippers and carriers. You’ll be a go-to resource throughout the transportation process, keeping team members, customers, and transportation partners informed while helping ensure pickups and deliveries happen on time and cost‑effective solutions are identified.

In this role, you’ll:

• Coordinate third-party inbound and outbound transportation
• Build and maintain positive relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate freight rates while balancing cost, service, and transportation needs
• Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries
• Track inbound and outbound material and maintain accurate transportation data
• Keep team members, customers, carriers, and other partners informed throughout the transportation process
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to transportation needs or concerns
• Troubleshoot freight and transportation issues as they arise
• Work independently to identify solutions in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Backup box truck driver as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Experience as a freight broker
• Knowledge of the transportation and trucking industry
• Familiarity with warehouse processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong computer and data‑entry skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to adapt and reprioritize as transportation needs change throughout the day

Even better if you have:

• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Experience using DAT
• Experience working within a Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Knowledge of import and export processes
• LTL freight experience
• White Glove transportation experience
