Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support the Integrated Logistics Department. Responsibilities include reviewing bids, preparing quotes, creating and maintaining spreadsheets for data entry reporting on projects, reviewing contract billing, and monitoring email between accounts and service centers.

Compensation starts at $15/hr depending on experience. This role is based in an indoors office environment and requires a High School Diploma, strong customer service,

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the moving industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge or ability to learn of company software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager of Logistics Coordination with Final Mile Delivery Service program functions.
• Provide timely updates for projects and billing.
• Research/analyze bids/quotes for accounts.
• Work with Coleman Service Centers for logistics needs and purposes.
