Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Logistics Associate in New York, NY. The contract position is onsite for 6+ months with a schedule of 7.5 hours per day, Mon-Fri, across three shifts.

Responsibilities include supply ordering, distribution, and coordination with facilities teams to maintain safe and efficient patient care areas. Essential duties cover inventory management, stocking, and interaction with vendor and clinical staff, with healthcare environment exposure and basic MS

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Food handling and constant exposure to other cold temperatures when working in Food and Nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Takes inventory and orders supplies to maintain established inventory levels.
• Counts supplies and orders items via the inventory management system.
• Delivers and stores supplies in appropriate locations per department guidelines.
• Replenishes area/procedure carts daily.
• Delivers and stocks medications and FDA-approved products if required.
