Job summary

Avante Patient Monitoring seeks a Logistics Associate I to join its operations team in a hands-on entry level role. You will help with Receiving, Shipping and Final QA, ensuring smooth flow of orders across the supply chain from procurement to final delivery to customers.

You will learn SOPs, WI forms, and 21 CFR Part 820/ISO13485 basics while collaborating with a cross-functional team to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Medical device experience highly preferred.
• Experience in GLP/GMP environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management software (ERP).

Responsibilities

• Support Receiving, Shipping and Final QA in an entry level role.
• Ensure orders flow properly and assist in logistics across the supply chain.
• Document and verify serial numbers, damages, and order notes with photos.
• Package outgoing orders and verify packing slips against orders.
• Work with a cross-functional team and follow SOPs and WI forms.
