Job summary

Carvana is seeking an individual contributor to help stage and prepare inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery. The role focuses on accurate locating, organizing, and pre-delivery readiness of vehicles on the lot in alignment with processing and safety standards.

Responsibilities include logging locations with handheld scanners, conducting multi-point inspections, meeting quality targets, and maintaining the lot and workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a computer, company tablet and mobile devices.
• Ability to work as a team and interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to routinely and safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location.
• Receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on lot per processing and safety standards.
• Perform multi-point inspections and complete inspection reports.
• Meet processing and quality standards consistently.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas.
• Safely operate company vehicles and fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
