Job summary

Carvana is seeking a hands-on Loader to stage and prepare inventory vehicles for inbound and outbound transport and direct delivery. The role emphasizes accuracy in locating and organizing vehicles and using handheld scanners to log locations, with a focus on safety and efficiency on the lot.

You will participate in multi-point inspections, help maintain neat work areas, and operate company vehicles as needed while pursuing opportunities like CDL training and certification-based pay boosts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 12 years of age and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a computer and company issued tablet and mobile devices.
• Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to frequently and safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location.
• Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot consistent with processing and safety standards.
• Multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and accurately complete inspection reports.
• Consistently meet processing and quality standards.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas.
• Safely operate company-owned vehicles.
• Fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
