Job summary

Carvana in Arkansas seeks an entry-level vehicle inventory associate responsible for staging and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The position offers a pay range of $15-$17 per hour with opportunities to earn more through certifications and the Loader to Driver program, plus a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a computer and company issued tablet and mobile devices.
• Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work variable schedules as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Log vehicle locations with handheld scanning equipment.
• Receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot per standards.
• Perform multi-point inspections and complete inspection reports.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas.
• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
