Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in database maintenance and shipments documentation.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support shipping duties and procurement, including documentation and database maintenance.
• Assist with inventory management of study supplies.
• Review and maintain contact information in multiple databases.
• Coordinate and fulfill supply shipment requests.
• Arrange equipment returns and review upon receipt.
• Identify shipment discrepancies and resolve with senior team.
