Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-3 years' experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in multitasking and database maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines to ensure delivery timelines.

Responsabilités

• Support project teams with shipping duties and procurement.
• Assist with inventory management of study supplies.
• Review, enter, and maintain contact information in databases.
• Coordinate, prepare, and fulfill supply shipment requests.
• Arrange for equipment returns and review upon receipt.
• Identify shipment discrepancies and resolve with senior staff.
