Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. As a Logistics Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands‑on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast‑paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets.
Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment.
Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts.
Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records.
Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues.
Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction.
Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments.
Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead.
Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles.
Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts.
Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations.
Plant Location: High Point, North Carolina
Work Week & Shift: 2nd shift Monday – Friday 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, 3rd shift Sunday – Thursday 10:00 pm–6:00 am
High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year of stand‑up forklift operating experience.
1 year of plant or warehouse experience.
No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
Experience using Raymond‑Brand stand‑up forklifts.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Experience working independently and as part of a team.
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
The pay rate is $20 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
