Job summary

Ecolab is hiring a Logistics Associate I in High Point, North Carolina. You will support picking, packing, labeling, and shipping, using scanners and various material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role involves ensuring order accuracy, coordinating with teams, and maintaining safety and 5S standards. Requires a high school diploma and forklift experience; shift options include 2nd or 3rd shift with related hours.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of stand‑up forklift operating experience.
  • 1 year of plant or warehouse experience.
  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
  • Experience with Raymond-brand stand-up forklifts preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets.
  • Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts.
  • Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records.
  • Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues.
  • Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction.
  • Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments.
  • Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead.
  • Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles.
  • Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts.
  • Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

As a Logistics Associate I, you’ll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Position Details:
  • Plant Location: High Point, North Carolina

  • Work Week & Shift: 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm, 3rd shift Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay rate is $20 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
