Regeneron in Tarrytown, NY is seeking a Logistics Associate to support the Workplace Services team onsite. You will receive, track, and deliver materials, scan records, and coordinate with Accounting and EHS to ensure timely, accurate processing.

You will load/unload, relocate items across campus, manage shipments domestically and internationally, and handle mailroom duties as needed. Prior forklift experience, NY license, and DOT/IATA within a year are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics associate role.
• Valid NY state driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to operate a forklift and power jack.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx).
• DOT and IATA certification within one year of hire.
• Defensive Driving Course and Fleet Safety Policy compliance.
• Promptly report license-related incidents to supervisor and EHS.

Responsabilités

• Collect confidential material from nearby sites for shredding, manage dry ice replenishment, and step in on mailroom duties or daily truck logs as needed.

This Role Requires

• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics associate role, including prior delivery experience
• Valid driver’s license recognized by New York State and a clear driving record, maintained throughout employment in line with Regeneron’s Fleet Safety Policy
• Ability to operate a forklift and power jack
• Comfortable in a hands-on, physical, fast-moving environment, and willing to work overtime when needed
• Pay close attention to detail and keep accurate records, clear communication and organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx)
• DOT and IATA certification within one year of hire
• Willingness to complete the Defensive Driving Course, sign off on the Fleet Safety Policy, and promptly report any license-related incidents to your Supervisor and EHS
