Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Tarrytown, NY is seeking a Logistics Associate to join our Workplace Services team in an on-site role. You will receive, track, and deliver materials and mail, helping colleagues access what they need on time.

You will load/unload delivery trucks, ship returns and samples, capture PO numbers, and coordinate with Accounting and Environmental Health and Safety. This hands-on role may require overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics associate role including delivery
• Valid New York State driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to operate a forklift and power jack
• Hands-on, physical, fast-moving environment; overtime readiness
• Attention to detail; maintain accurate records and clear communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx)
• DOT and IATA certification within one year of hire
• Willing to complete Defensive Driving Course and Fleet Safety Policy, report incidents

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and record incoming packages and packing slips
• Deliver packages and mail to end-users across campus in a timely manner
• Load and unload delivery trucks and relocate materials between sites
• Ship returns and research samples, both domestic and international
• Close out work order requests from end-users
• Support 3-way match by capturing PO numbers on incoming material
• Notify EHS of incoming radioactive material
• Handle confidential material and daily truck logs as needed

Discover your role:

• Receive, scan, and record incoming packages and packing slips to keep deliveries accurate and traceable
• Deliver packages and mail to end-users across campus in a timely way
• Load and unload delivery trucks and relocate materials between the main campus and associated sites
• Ship returns and research samples, both domestic and international
• Complete and close out work order requests from end-users
• Support Accounting's 3-way match by capturing PO numbers on incoming material
• Notify Environmental Health and Safety of incoming radioactive material
• Collect confidential material from nearby sites for shredding, manage dry ice replenishment, and step in on mailroom duties or daily truck logs as needed

This role requires:

• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics associate role, including prior delivery experience
• Valid driver's license recognized by New York State and a clear driving record, maintained throughout employment in line with Regeneron's Fleet Safety Policy
• Ability to operate a forklift and power jack
• Comfortable in a hands-on, physical, fast-moving environment, and willing to work overtime when needed
• Pay close attention to detail and keep accurate records, clear communication and organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx)
• DOT and IATA certification within one year of hire
• Willingness to complete the Defensive Driving Course, sign off on the Fleet Safety Policy, and promptly report any license-related incidents to your Supervisor and EHS
