Responsibilities

  • Receive, scan, and record incoming packages and packing slips
  • Deliver packages and mail across campus to end-users
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and relocate materials
  • Ship returns and research samples (domestic and international)
  • Complete and close out work order requests from end-users
  • Support Accounting's 3-way match by capturing PO numbers on incoming material
  • Notify EHS of incoming radioactive material
  • Assist with mailroom duties and daily truck logs as needed

We are seeking a Logistics Associate to join our Workplace Services team, supporting our Tarrytown campus in an on‑site role. In this role, you will receive, track, and deliver incoming and outgoing materials and mail, helping colleagues get what they need on time, while collaborating with end‑users, Accounting, and Environmental Health and Safety.

  • Work model/flexibility: On-site
Discover your role:
  • Receive, scan, and record incoming packages and packing slips to keep deliveries accurate and traceable
  • Deliver packages and mail to end-users across campus in a timely way
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and relocate materials between the main campus and associated sites
  • Ship returns and research samples, both domestic and international
  • Complete and close out work order requests from end-users
  • Support Accounting's 3-way match by capturing PO numbers on incoming material
  • Notify Environmental Health and Safety of incoming radioactive material
  • Collect confidential material from nearby sites for shredding, manage dry ice replenishment, and step in on mailroom duties or daily truck logs as needed
This role requires:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics associate role, including prior delivery experience
  • Valid driver's license recognized by New York State and a clear driving record, maintained throughout employment in line with Regeneron's Fleet Safety Policy
  • Ability to operate a forklift and power jack
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, physical, fast-moving environment, and willing to work overtime when needed
  • Pay close attention to detail and keep accurate records, clear communication and organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx)
  • DOT and IATA certification within one year of hire
  • Willingness to complete the Defensive Driving Course, sign off on the Fleet Safety Policy, and promptly report any license-related incidents to your Supervisor and EHS
