Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY, seeks an Associate Manager, Facilities Operations Systems on-site. You will lead and develop a team responsible for programing, maintaining, and quality-checking our Operations Systems and BMS support activities.
You will partner with Engineering, HVAC, and BMS teams to keep building specifications current, drive system optimizations, and manage vendor engagements and incentives. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role.

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Facilities Operations Systems to join our Real Estate & Facilities Management (RE&FM) team, supporting our Facilities Operations Systems and building automation functions in an on‑site capacity. In this role, you will manage the people, standards, and technology behind our building systems, moving from tactical to strategic decision‑making to deliver a high‑quality environment for our end users while collaborating with Regeneron Engineering, the HVAC and BMS teams, the ROCC, and third‑party contractors and vendors.
