Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience (years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant business function, desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated independence, sound judgment, and problem‑solving ability.
  • A track record of building effective relationships up, down, and across teams.

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team, supporting the VP Biostatistics within the Biostatistics and Data Management team based on‑site in Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will proactively manage calendars, coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and help teams execute day-to-day objectives, while collaborating with leaders, administrative peers, and cross-functional partners like IT, Facilities, and Procurement. This role requires

Salary Range (hourly) $33.80 - $52.93
