Job summary

Chenega MIOS SBU seeks a Logistics Analyst at Hurlburt Field, FL to track and manage government-owned assets and support Air Force Special Operations Command missions.

You will handle IT accountability accounts, shipping/receiving, and disposition, using DoD forms and MS Office to maintain accurate records and reports. Candidates should have DoD logistics experience and a team mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance to start.
• Experience with shipping, receiving and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and reconcile government-owned assets throughout their full lifecycle.
• Manage an IT accountability account with about 600 assets.
• Prepare, process, and maintain logistics and property documentation (DD 1149, DD 1348, AF 1297, DL A 2500).
• Coordinate shipping, receiving and warehousing activities for timely movement of material.
• Maintain property accountability records in line with DoD, Air Force and contract requirements.
• Support DRMO processes, including asset turn-ins and required documentation.
• Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Use MS Office to track assets and generate reports.
