Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Logistics/Property Specialist to handle incoming and outgoing material and equipment for Nightwing and government assets. You will interface with customers, property/logistics representatives, freight carriers, and government personnel.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, recording, and storing assets; packaging and shipping; maintaining inventory records; and supporting audits and closeouts.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work independently on multiple assignments.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail in recording inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify/inspect, create records, and store incoming material/equipment.
• Package and ship material/equipment, track shipments.
• Conduct annual physical inventories; resolve discrepancies and report metrics.
• Assist in internal and external audits and nonconformance resolutions.
• Assist with project closeout and final disposition of property.
