Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a cleared logistics professional to support warehouse operations and government shipments in a dynamic environment. Duties include receiving, inventory, shipping, transportation, data entry, and audits while interfacing with internal and external customers.

The role requires active TS/SCI with POLY clearance, 3+ years of experience, and ability to travel CONUS 1–2 times per month. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a warehouse.
• Willingness to travel CONUS 1–2 times per month.
• Familiarity with FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1 for property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including Receiving, Inventory, Shipping, Transportation, Data Entry, Inventory & Audits.
• Interact with internal and external customers daily via in-person and other channels.
• Maintain property and material tracking in government systems and issue property/materials.
• Lead or participate in Contractor Self Assessments related to property management implementations.
• Prepare government shipment documents and manage lifecycle property for contracts.
