Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Purchase Capability Support to manage supply, logistics, and accountable inventory for HT-JCOE J4. You will coordinate purchases, maintain weekly status reports, and ensure government approvals align with SOPs to support training activities.

You will serve as clerk for property transactions, manage data for equipment issued to staff and students, verify serial numbers, and assist with inventories and hand receipts across on-site and off-site locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with property inventories and asset accountability.
• Ability to process purchase requests and reconcile purchases.
• Familiarity with SOPs and government procedures.

Responsibilities

• Designate a point of contact for weekly purchase order status reports.
• Process purchase requests and approvals per HT-JCOE J4 SOP.
• Reconcile final purchases and maintain property records.
