Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Supply Clerk to receive, store, and issue equipment and materials in a storage/stockroom setting. You will verify receipts, manage stock locations, and prepare usage reports while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires basic office software skills, 1–3 years of related experience, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust U.S. Government Clearance. Forklift experience may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workflow.
• Forklift experience may be required; familiarity with ILS-S, DPAS, EESOH-MIS is desirable.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust U.S. Government Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
• Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.
• Stores articles and distributes stock to production workers; maintains records.
• Fills orders or issues supplies from stock; requisitions bench stock items.
• Maintains inventory records and prepares reports on stock and usage.
• Builds tool kits and signs out tools; ensures tools are in working condition.
• Operates forklift if required and moves materials between departments.
