Job summary

You will mentor and develop associates and leaders, reinforce company policies, and act with integrity to support Walmart's values. Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, applying data-driven insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Ensure quality and safety standards by training associates on Logistics and company policies and procedures.
