Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, and Walmart Logistics Systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, or associates to implement the business plan and staffing goals.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures.
