You will handle shipment communications, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations, assist with pricing, entries, and milestone tracking, and develop proficiency in Incoterms and freight documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of freight forwarding or logistics experience preferred.
• Completion of related course is asset.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipment-level communication with customers, carriers and vendors.
• Maintain relations with customers, carriers, vendors, and offices.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Process shipments per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Verify charges and communicate them to customers.
• Enter milestone tracking events and support Trade Services as needed.
