Job summary

Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is Knoxville, TN-based, seeking an Appointment Coordinator to schedule customer visits for residential and commercial projects. You’ll be the main contact for clients, providing updates and resolving concerns while maintaining accurate records.

This full-time role supports production teams and continuous process improvements. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service and scheduling, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and appointment scheduling experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for residential & commercial projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving concerns.
• Manage project paperwork and maintain accurate client records.
• Partner with production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support leadership in process improvements and operational excellence.
