Job summary

Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is hiring a customer service/appointment scheduler in Knoxville, TN. You will coordinate residential and commercial project appointments, serve as the main customer contact, and manage client records.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and appointment scheduling experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly.
• 18 years of age or older.
