Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, STEM, or related field preferred; strong analytical/problem-solving skills encouraged.
• Familiarity with imports, trucking, warehouses, or inventory management.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills (Required).
• A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of their work.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, or similar), reporting tools, or process automation is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Independently manage and oversee end-to-end imports, customs, drayage, rail, and trucking activities.
• Evaluate transportation methods, carrier performance, routing, warehouse locations, and consolidation opportunities to optimize cost and service.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system transactions.
• Resolve logistics issues and proactively communicate updates.
• Track shipments and resolve exceptions, including delays, reroutes, returns, documentation issues, and customs-related challenges, to minimize disruption.
• Use Excel and other systems to track data, prepare reports, and improve processes.
