Placements24 is seeking an experienced Logistics and Distribution Manager to oversee operations in Upington, Northern Cape. You will lead warehousing, transportation, and delivery of FMCG products, driving efficiency and cost control across the regional network.

The role requires a track record of optimizing distribution networks, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of warehousing, inventory, and ERP/WMS/TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive logistics and distribution management experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage complex logistics operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing complex logistics operations and optimizing distribution networks.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
