Job summary

Papa John's Logistics Analyst role provides support for PJFS QCC transportation teams in systems administration, dispatch operations, and data analytics. You will help optimize routes, track KPI dashboards, and ensure audit compliance while coordinating with corporate and on-site QCC teams.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and Office skills, familiarity with transportation management systems, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field (math, CS, stats, logistics).
• Relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
• Experience with Routing/Dispatch Systems.

Responsibilities

• Systems support for routing, dispatch, fleet telematics and safety; test and train system enhancements.
• Support transportation teams to correct system/process issues and deviations from standard workflows.
• Design logistics initiatives to optimize routes, territory coverage and schedules; assess fleet coverage with inbound lanes.
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting of performance; create weekly scorecards and KPI dashboards.
• Audit process adherence across transportation operations including invoicing and driver/equipment scheduling.
