Job summary

Papa John’s distribution leadership role located in Acworth, GA. Oversees warehouse and distribution operations within the QCC to ensure product availability and timely delivery to Papa John’s restaurants.

Includes budgeting, staffing, and performance management to meet service levels. The role requires forklift operation, AS400/WMS proficiency, and strong English communication skills, with opportunities for process improvement and cross-functional collaboration with the transportation team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in industrial/food manufacturing preferred.
• 1+ years management support experience required.
• Working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and audits (USDA, HACCP).
• AS400/WMS knowledge and basic distribution operations familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and distribution operations to ensure product availability and timely delivery to Papa John’s restaurants.
• Lead and develop the distribution team through regular meetings and performance reviews.
• Manage department budget and payroll, including capital project estimates.
• Coordinate with transportation to optimize delivery service and inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies.
