Job summary

Ford Motor Company’s North America Material Logistics organization seeks a qualified professional to lead system and process enhancements, including development and implementation of a new Transportation Management System (TMS) with LLP teams. You will gather requirements, build business cases, and drive cross-functional improvements across material logistics to create efficiency and cost savings.

You will develop dashboards and metrics, coordinate with Lead Logistics Providers, and define

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Premium Freight, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of TMS modules with IT teams and LLPs.
Gather stakeholder requirements, build business cases, and present proposals.
Document and improve cross-functional material logistics processes for efficiencies and cost savings.
Develop and maintain freight databases, dashboards, and key metrics.
Interface with LLP on TMS connectivity and define future integration processes.
Create implementation plans and rollout processes with key stakeholders.
Support special projects through data gathering and analysis.
Work remotely with the option to come to the office as needed.
