Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize capacity and productivity.
• Analyze daily routing and implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure routes are closed on time and respond to same/next-day planning for service needs.
• Proactively manage driver safety and security of company assets.
• Collect and analyze logistics data to improve routing decisions.
• Communicate with drivers to track progress and resolve issues.
• Evaluate swing routes and missed pickups to improve service.
• Create routes with maximized capacity and review loads per driver per day.
