Republic Services is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Fort Collins, CO to coordinate drivers, trucks, and containers, maximize capacity, and ensure prompt, courteous service. You will oversee safety, customer experience, and productivity while supporting route design and daily planning.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Skillful with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to understand and execute time-sensitive tasks.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Two years of prior experience working in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to optimize capacity and productivity.
• Analyze daily routing information and implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Close routes on time and ensure data accuracy for durable close processes.
• Monitor driver safety and asset security, and provide direction to drivers.
• Collect and analyze logistics data to improve routing accuracy and profitability.
• Communicate with drivers to monitor route progress and address issues.
• Develop and adjust swing routes, and respond to missed pickups and service commitments.
