Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support supply chain and logistics operations for a government-focused mission. You will bolster the Order Planning and Order Fulfillment teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across the full order lifecycle.

The role demands attention to detail and strong collaboration across cross-functional groups. With a focus on improving processes and data integrity, you will interact with Procurement and Warehouse teams while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Operations preferred.
• Two (2) years' experience in customer order management and/or customer service.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Experience coordinating customer accounts and sales orders.
• Experience utilizing ERP and WMS applications preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and internal orders with accuracy and within established timeframes.
• Prepare and maintain required procurement documentation, including purchase requisitions.
• Evaluate orders for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with program and contractual requirements.
• Perform fulfillment system processing, including allocation, release, tracking updates, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Order Planning, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely delivery.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to provide status updates and align on requirements.
