Gentis Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Coordinator to support transportation and distribution operations across a national network in Nashville. You will work with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure shipments move on schedule.

The role starts as a W-2 contract paying $23/hour. After a 90–180 day ramp-up, conversion to full-time is expected with total compensation around $50,000–$60,000 annually, including quarterly and annual bonus potential.

Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Coordinator

Contract Pay: $23/hour W-2

Full-Time Total Compensation: Approximately $50,000-$60,000 annually, including salary and bonus potential

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Ramp-Up Period: Approximately 90-180 days

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with shifts between 7:0 AM and 5:00 PM

You’ll work with carriers, suppliers, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers to keep inbound and outbound shipments moving on schedule.

The position begins as a W-2 contract role paying $23/hour. Once the ramp-up period is complete, employees typically convert to full-time between 90 and 180 days. After conversion, expected total compensation is approximately $50,000-$60,000 annually, including salary and quarterly and annual bonus potential.
