Job summary

Pulmuone is seeking a Logistics Analyst II in Buena Park, CA to coordinate daily transportation operations, tender loads, monitor status, and optimize carrier coverage to ensure on-time delivery. You will work with carriers, drivers, and internal teams, maintain PODs and invoices, apply DOT/FMCSA requirements, and support freight cost tracking.

A strong eye for detail and experience in trucking/logistics are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3 years of hands-on trucking, transportation, or logistics operations experience.
Experience with carrier tendering, shipment coordination, and TMS.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily outbound transportation to meet shipment needs.
Tender loads to carriers to support on-time pickup and delivery.
Monitor carrier tender acceptance and follow up on unaccepted shipments.
Arrange backup carrier coverage to secure replacements within six hours.
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders about pickup appointments and schedules.
Obtain and maintain POD documentation.
Identify and escalate transportation issues affecting delivery or service.
Follow up on carrier claims and coordinate resolution.
Maintain accurate shipment and carrier data in TMS and systems.
Apply DOT/FMCSA Hours of Service requirements in operations.
Support daily logistics, including scheduling, carrier coordination, and status management.
