Caladwich Consulting, LLC is seeking a Logistics Analyst II for the U.S. General Services Administration 4PL program at Camp Pendleton, CA.

This onsite role supports material management, inventory, data processing, and logistics services within a government contracting environment. You will gather and analyze data, assist in reports, ensure data accuracy, process receipts, and perform cashier-like duties in a store setting while meeting security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Dept. of War (Formerly DoD) supply chain management.
• Thorough understanding of Government Logistics processes and/or Air Force specific SCM processes.
• Candidate must possess excellent written communication skills, including formal document preparation and report drafting.
• Must be comfortable in fast paced, government contracting climate.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes data gathering and analysis in assigned areas of responsibility under detailed supervision.
• Assists in preparing material for inclusion in preliminary and final reports.
• Develop tactical and strategic acquisition strategies to support program execution and mission success.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data input for internal and external GSA customers, by face-to-face and virtual customer service, reviewing and processing sales.
• Inputting receipts, scanning and entering correct 4PL part numbers to include the item, quantity, unit of issue, and price into the GSA’s POS system.
• Validate sales receipts, provide sales receipts to customers, and process customer returns.
• Update files/binders with various data reports, SDS, instructions, process changes, procedures, and policy updates.
• Notify and work with the GSA Store Manager and other CSC personnel to resolve discrepancies; maintain and file documentation.
• Provide general administrative support services, including sorting and distribution of email and responding to customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with locating product(s).
• Perform cashier-like duties in a store environment: validate the price, product, quantity and final sales transaction matches the customer’s requirement.
• Ensure checkout areas are free of debris and clutter, and assist each customer with loading purchased items into their vehicles.
