Job summary

Caladwich Consulting, LLC is seeking a Material Handler to perform Logistics Support Services and Supply Management for 3d MAW at Camp Pendleton, CA. The position is on-site with standard hours and requires ability to interpret NAVSUP and NAVMC regulations while coordinating inventory and materials for aviation logistics.

Daily duties include unloading, sorting, packing, stocking and moving materials, conducting cycle counts, preparing shipments, and maintaining GCSS-MC data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Interpret NAVSUP and NAVMC inventories and regulations.
• Knowledge of stock rotation, hazard alerts, recalls.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office (Word/Excel) to manage inventory.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Safe handling and distribution of supplies.

Responsibilities

• Unloading, sorting and packing materials.
• Stock and move materials to proper locations.
• Kit job orders and deliver to locations.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Prepare products for movement and quality checks.
• Manage logistics data in GCSS-MC.
• Process inbound deliveries and provide shipping for all modes.
• Source carriers and negotiate rates.
• Resolve freight claims for damages or shortages.
• Track receipts and shipments.
