PE Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Logistics Manager to support NC3 programs at Hanscom AFB, MA.

The role requires DoD logistics expertise, Top-Secret clearance, and leadership to advise management on ongoing NC3 operations. The ideal candidate will integrate acquisition lifecycle planning with logistics health assessments and product support planning, coordinating cross-functional teams across government and contractor interfaces.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must possess and maintain a government Top-Secret security clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project).
• Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
• Must be able to travel to facility sites with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics management program planning across the DoD acquisition lifecycle.
• Coordinate and evaluate inputs from multiple specialists to meet requirements on time.
• Apply DoD processes (LHA, PS-BCA, LCSP) and DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate planning and execution of NC3 logistics.

PE Systems is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to support the strategic and operational success of NC3 (Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications) programs at Hanscom AFB, MA. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of NC3 missions, policies, and objectives, and will play a critical role in advising management on the effectiveness and sustainability of NC3 operations.

GENERAL FUNCTION:

• Have knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase the ability to integrate the separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program.
• Possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
• Extensive experience with defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000.
• Knowledge of the DoD's integrated product support element structure.
• Familiarity with accomplishing a Logistics Health Assessment (LHA), the Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA) and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) processes.
• Knowledge of the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook.
• Knowledge of department/agency policies and procedures related to the implementation and management of a government furnished equipment (GFE) program.
• Understand department policies and procedures related to the inventory and tracking of accountable property.
• Ability to lead a project team in completing complex projects.
• Knowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systems. Broad knowledge of the organization and functions of activities involved in providing logistical support.
• Ability to coordinate and evaluate the efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and to develop and adjust plans and schedules for the actions needed to meet each requirement on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:

• BA/BS or Master of Arts/ Master of Science (MA/MS) degreeand over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Mustpossess and maintain a government security clearance at theTop-Secretlevel.
• Mustbe proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).
• Mustbe able to perform all functional duties independently.
• Mustbe able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position is estimated between $135 - 145K. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PE Systems considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
