Position Overview

This role is part of the Pool Solutions Logistics Team, responsible for ensuring the safe movement of outbound orders to customers, specifically within the Dealer Channel. The Logistics Analyst collaborates with Customer Service, Replenishment Planners, Plant Shipping, Third Party Distribution, and other stakeholders to prepare delivery notes, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries aligned with customer expectations. The role reports to the Logistics Supervisor Transportation and involves participation in reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare delivery notes for outbound shipments from internal and external assets, ensuring compliance with customer orders.
2. Collaborate with peers for cross-training and coverage, capable of preparing deliveries for all customers in the Dealer Network.
3. Coordinate with Warehouse Replenishers to allocate inventory appropriately.
4. Ensure timely and accurate SAP transaction reporting.
5. Communicate with Third Party warehouses to manage outbound delivery requirements and special conditions.
6. Work with Operations and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues related to material movements and documentation.
7. Coordinate with Customer Service for prioritization outside standard strategies.
8. Assist in root cause analysis for shipping discrepancies and incidents.
9. Participate in material/packaging complaint investigations and resolutions.
10. Engage with EHS on incidents or near misses related to material handling.
11. Support cycle counting, physical inventories, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 3-5 years’ experience in production scheduling, material expediting, customer service, or warehousing OR BA/BS in Supply Chain or Logistics Management with 1-2 years’ experience in transportation management.
• Knowledge of customer delivery processes preferred.
• Completion of DOT hazardous materials training is required during onboarding.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Sense of urgency aligned with business needs.
• Team-oriented, confidentiality maintained, capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in Data Analytics and report creation.
