Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative I in Fullerton, CA. The role focuses on data entry, paperwork processing, and coordinating logistics activities to ensure accurate documentation and smooth order flow.

You will support internal teams, process orders timely, and help optimize routing with basic Excel use. The position offers a regular full-time schedule and eligibility for the bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of computer-related job experience.
• Ability to operate basic software for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain customer and order information in the database.
• Print and organize paperwork related to order processing and fulfillment.
• Communicate with internal teams via email for order coordination and updates.
• Use basic Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Assist in processing customer orders and coordinating scheduling with the planning team.
• Support routing and scheduling of deliveries and coordinate with drivers.
• Facilitate driver check-in and provide basic direction as needed.
• Interact with customers on a limited basis to provide updates and escalate complex issues.
• Run daily reports and update customer records with latest information.
