Job summary

Tradewind Flight Services is seeking a qualified, full-time Administrative Clerk / MHE Operator to support the U.S. Army Logistics Readiness Center Natick, MA. This on-site role combines administrative duties with material handling responsibilities to support military operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, 2–3 years in admin/logistics, and MHE experience with DoD familiarity. CAC, U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in admin, logistics, or warehouse environment.
• 1–2 years operating MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification up to 26K cargo.
• GCSS-A experience; DoD environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and workload of admin and warehouse staff.
• Perform clerical tasks: document prep, filing, data entry in government systems.
• Operate MHE including forklifts and pallet jacks per safety standards.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies for military ops.
• Maintain inventory records and submit required reports.
• Ensure safety regulations and base policies are followed; conduct briefings.
• Interface with government customers and base operations staff.
• Report issues to the Program Manager promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
