Job summary

Echo Global Logistics, Inc. offers an accounting internship based in Chicago.

You will work closely with the Accounting Manager on a capstone project, gathering financial information and providing analyses to managers and executives across the organization. You will be involved in forecasting, reporting, and distributing financial reports while gaining exposure to Echo’s various business units and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be able to start May 24th, 2027 and complete the entire 10‑week program.
• Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior, with at least one semester remaining after completion of internship.
• Able to work in our Chicago office 3 days and hybrid 2 days a week.
• 3.5 GPA requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering financial information and providing analysis and guidance to managers and executives.
• Support the Manager of Accounting Planning with forecasting, reporting and distributing financial reports across Echo.
• Shadow individuals within different departments and contribute to accounting projects.
• Present experiences and goals met during internship to leadership.
