Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12–18 months related experience and/or training and 12–18 months of related management experience.
• Broad knowledge in fields like accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loads with over-the-road truck drivers and maintain proper trailer pools and maintenance.
• Direct staff duties, appraise performance, coach, counsel, reward, discipline and hire/terminate as needed; enforce policies.
• Provide key factor reporting, analyze data to optimize the network or dedicated capacity, and apply Lean Logistics to manage costs.
