• Proficiency with computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange shipments, including less‑than‑truckload (LTL), truckload, and third‑party shipments
• Communicate with customers regarding shipping schedules, delivery expectations, and shipment status
• Coordinate with carriers and third‑party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Enter and maintain shipment information, orders, and related documentation within an ERP system
• Track shipments, monitor delivery progress, and proactively communicate any delays or issues
• Assist with resolving shipping discrepancies and transportation‑related issues
• Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure logistics information is up to date
• Manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
